The Strategic Plan for Campbell County Health
Guided by our mission, vision and values, the goals and objectives outlined
in this plan will help Campbell County Health deliver the highest quality
patient care and customer service for our community. This strategic plan
is the result of input from employees, physicians, patients and families,
long term care residents, business and industry representatives and members
of the community. The plan has measurable goals and objectives, and defined
strategies and tactics to reach them. Going forward, we will implement
the goals described in our plan and effectively communicate with our stakeholders.
Service Excellence Plan: CCH will achieve a culture of service excellence as demonstrated by measurable
improvement in customer satisfaction across the organization.
Quality & Safety Plan: Achieve patient, resident, client, visitor and staff safety while providing
high quality healthcare services through continuous improvement processes
as measured by DNV standards, state and federal regulations and implementation
of ISO 9001.
People: Achieve organizational goals by recruiting, orienting, developing and
retaining highly engaged and accountable employees.
Business: Achieve financial stability and efficiency as an organization while fulfilling
the responsibilities of stewardship over community funds and integrity
and transparency in business relationships.
