Heatlh Information Management Serivces ensures the availability of health
information to facilitate real-time healthcare delivery and critical decision-making
for multiple purposes across diverse organizations, settings and disciplines.
Health Information Services strives to complete records in an accurate
and timely manner, and continue to monitor unbilled accounts.
Staff consists of certified coding staff (Certified Coding Specialists/Registered
Health Information Technologists), Analysts/Clerks/Scanners and Transcriptionists.
My Health Home
Campbell County Health
My Health Home offers patients quick and private 24-hour access to their inpatient hospital
personal health information. It is designed to give you a more active
role in managing your healthcare. From any device with internet access,
you can view your hospital records on this secure, password-protected website.
Charges for printed records
- Fee for release of information is $.015 per page.
- Release of records requires a 48 hour notice.
- Photo ID is required to release records.
- Notice to copy lengthy records requires up to 5 days.
- Individuals may not pick up records for their spouse or adult children
over age 18.
Call 307.688.1301 Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm to request release of information.
Health Information Services utilizes an Electronic Medical Record and Speech
Recognition Dictation Equipment.
Radiology Records Requests
Beginning Monday, March 3, 2014, requests for all imaging studies performed
by Campbell County Health, including services provided at Powder
River Orthopedic and Spine – a Campbell County Clinic, located in
the WORI building and Radiology Services located in the Medical Arts building
can only be released from the Health Information and Medical Records Department
at the Hospital. Prior to this date these items have been available for
pickup in the Radiology Department at the Hospital. It takes 48 hours
notice to process imaging records so please call the Health Information
and Medical Records department at 307.688.133 to request copies of imaging studies.
