HealthStream Surveys: What Patients Need to Know
Following your stay or visit with CCH, you may receive a telephone call
from HealthStream. This call will take only a few minutes and your feedback
will be used by CCH and Campbell County Medical Group to continually provide
excellent patient care.
HealthStream manages CCH's patient satisfaction survey process. In
a few weeks, you may be randomly selected to participate in a survey about
your experience with Campbell County Health.
All calls are made from HealthStream's Laurel, Maryland Interviewing
Center. The phone number that displays on the caller ID is 615.846.8410.
If you see that number, please consider taking the call.
CCH cares very much about your comments because they help us improve our
services so that we can better serve you and our community. They also
help us train, reward and recognize our staff. However, your participation
in this survey is voluntary. You have the right to refuse to answer the survey.
The caregivers at CCH will not see your specific responses to the survey.
