Thanks for working here Thursday: Lacey, Human Resources

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Allow me to introduce Lacey, the Human Resources Assistant for Campbell County Health. She’s been with CCH for more than two years—she spent time as the Volunteer Services Coordinator before working in HR. Lacey went to school at Black Hills State University and received her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in management and human resources. Lacey is a joy to work with, and is very good at remembering the little things about the people she works with. From time to time, she’ll pull them out when you least expect them, and make you smile.

We asked Lacey what inspired her to work in healthcare and what she likes most about working at CCH. Her response:

“I like all the different avenues one can choose in healthcare—CCH really has something for everyone. What I enjoy most is the atmosphere, the people, and the fact that there is always something new to learn. I never would have dreamt that working at a hospital would be so rewarding, and a place I enjoy coming to every day.

Human Resources is what I went so school for, so working in the department I have such a passion for is very exciting. I also like the team work and open communication the Human Resources department has, it’s not just one person’s job to do a particular task—anyone is willing to pick up and help out.”

Lacey, you’re a joy to work with and thank you for taking such good care of our employees! Keep up the great work.
