Thanks for working here Thursday: Nicole, Early Childhood Center

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Meet Nicole, the department secretary for the Early Childhood Center, which provides quality childcare for children of CCH employees during their working hours. Nicole has been with CCH for six years, and is a Child Development Associate (CDA) for Preschool and Infant/Toddler settings. Nicole greets everyone with warm smile when you walk into the Center and is always there to lend a helping hand to parents and coworkers when needed. Nicole is a model CCH employee and she chooses to help her co-workers learn new communication skills and become better childcare providers by showing them great techniques to use with children.

We asked Nicole what she likes most about working at CCH and what Excellence Every Day means to her. Her response:

“Working at CCH has many perks. I’ve developed many healthy and lasting relationships while working here, and there are countless opportunities to advance both professionally and personally. One added perk of working at the Early Childhood Center is that my children get to come to come to work with me!

To me, Excellence Every Day is consistently going above and beyond to help others, and always striving to improve the way we do our work. “

Thank you, Nicole. We all know that you live Excellence Every Day and see how much you enjoy helping others. We are happy that you are on our team.

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
