Thanks for working here Thursday: Jaimie, RN, Emergency Care Department

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Allow me to introduce Jaimie, RN, who works in the Emergency Care Department (ED), or the Emergency Room as it's referred to in this community. Jaimie has been with CCH for a total of eight years—four years were spent in the Medical/Surgical unit before she moved to the ED. Jaimie is part of a large team, nearly 60 employees, who help provide 24/7 services for patients of all ages, including life-saving procedures in emergency situations. Talk to any of Jaimie's colleagues and they'll tell you that she has a passion for helping others. We asked Jaimie what she likes most about working for CCH and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

"What I like most about CCH is the teamwork—at some point, I've worked with every department at CCH, and they have each helped me out in some way. I also like people I work with in the Emergency Department. I can honestly say there is not a person I do not like to work with. Many of my co-works are such a big part of my life.

Excellence every day means to bring your best effort to every patient who steps into our facility—every shift, every day, and every hour. That's my commitment to them."

Jaimie, thank you for your commitment to CCH and to the health of our community. We appreciate you!

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
