Thanks for working here Thursday: Caity, RN, Heptner Cancer Center

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Say hello to Caity Rogge, BSN, a nurse in Radiation Oncology in the Heptner Cancer Center. Caity received her education at Montana State University in Bozeman, Mont. She has been with CCH for a year; however, she knew when she was a little girl that she wanted to work in healthcare. Caity's grandmother was a school nurse, and she loved getting to see her in action at the school she attended. Her colleagues will tell you that she often brightens their days with her smile, which she uses every chance she gets. We asked Caity what she likes most about working for CCH. Check out her response:

"The Patients. We have some of the most inspiring, strong patients that I have ever met. The patients are what make me want to come to work every day. One of the things that I like most about Radiation Oncology is that I really get to know my patients, which I feel helps me better serve them.

We have an amazing team in Oncology; I have learned so much in the last year and could not have done it without each and every person that I work with. They are all here every day for the patients' best interests. In this team, I feel valued and appreciated."

Caity, thank you for bringing your best self to work every day, and for helping your patients (and your colleagues) have an excellence day, every day. We are truly grateful to have you on our team.

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
