Thanks for working here Thursday: Shelly Pellman, Patient Accounting

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Say hello to Shelly Pellman, a clerk at Campbell County Health Patient Accounting, where you can go to ask questions about your CCMH invoice, or pay your bill. Shelly has been with Campbell County Health for four years. When asked what she likes most about working for CCH, she mentioned the atmosphere, saying "at CCH, people are helping people as well as encouraging them." We asked Shelly what she likes most about working for CCH, and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

"I came to work for CCH for the opportunity to grow as an individual, as well as be able to provide for my family with things such as insurance and childcare. I've gained so much more. The people I work with are like my second family. We are a very close group and it makes coming to work enjoyable.

Excellence every day is not just something in our jobs, it is in our everyday lives, how we portray ourselves and how we handle the situations we are put in."

Shelly, thank you for striving to put our patients and visitors first. We are proud to have you on our team.

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
