Thanks for working here Thursday: Sue Pinon, Emergency Department Patient Access

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Allow me to introduce Sue Pinon, a Patient Access Representative who's been in the Campbell County Health Emergency Department (ED) for the past 12 years. Sue is one of the faces you see when you're registering for services in the ED. Sue's path to health care came after working many years in the travel industry. She decided that she needed a change, and when she saw a position to work at registration at CCMH, she jumped on it. "I'm glad that I did," she says. "I enjoy working with people and trying to make their day a little better even when they're not feeling their best." We asked Sue what she likes about working for CCH and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

"I work with a great bunch of women who make excellence every day their mission, just like I do, by having a 'how can I help you the best' attitude. Everyone is always ready to jump in and help out their coworker in the ED, and throughout CCH. The ED and CCH is a great place to work, and I'm glad to be a part of their family."

We're glad you're part of our family, too, Sue. We appreciate you.

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
