Thanks for working here Thursday: Megan, CCMG Health Records Specialist

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Allow me to introduce Megan Sprenger, the Health Records Specialist for Campbell County Medical Group. Megan starting working for CCMG at the Main Clinic in January 2015. After high school, Megan lived abroad and taught English as a second language in the Middle East for six months before she attended Marylhurst University in Oregon, where she received her bachelors of arts degree in Human Studies. After college, Megan worked as an immigration and admissions officer. Megan's parents retired to Gillette and because of health reasons, and she and her husband moved here to help out. If you ask her colleagues, they'll tell you that every day Megan shows up with a smile on her face and she does her best at whatever crosses her path. She lives by the motto: Be kind to one another because everyone is fighting their own battle. We asked Megan what she likes most about working for CCH and what inspired her to work in healthcare. Check out her response:

"I was inspired to work in healthcare after I witnessed the compassion and dedication my family was shown by the various healthcare providers when my family was in need. The Main Clinic has been great to me! Everyone is supportive of each other through the good and bad, whether it be at work or in our personal lives—it's like a big family. But what I like most about working in the Main Clinic is my two fellow health records specialists—we are dedicated to working hard but always find time to enjoy a good laugh. Overall, I like working at CCH because they encourage physical and mental wellness not only for all patients, but also for their employees."

Thank you, Megan, for your dedication to your colleagues and to our patients. We're proud to have you on our team.
