Wrapped in Love

Carol Johnston wanted to do something to help families who experience the unthinkable—the loss of an infant at birth. Carol and her sister, Linda McLaine, head up a new nonprofit organization called Wrapped in Love, which takes donated wedding gowns and prom dresses to make special outfits for these infants.

Carol came to the Campbell County Memorial Hospital Maternal Child unit yesterday to make the first gift of clothing, gift-boxed and including a handmade blanket.

Patient Experience Coordinator Katie Golinvaux and Maternal Child Director Josie LeMaster were happy to accept the donation as another way to provide comfort and support to patients at a very difficult time.

To learn more about Wrapped in Love or to make a donation, call Linda McLaine at 307-351-6226.
