Becoming an EMT: Campbell County Health Emergency Medical Services and the Wyoming Department
of Health and Preventive Medicine offer an Emergency Medical Technician
(EMT) Basic course to provide the appropriate coursework and skills for
the successful completion of the Wyoming EMT Basic Certification.
Becoming a Love and Logic Parent®: A six-week program designed by Love and Logic®. Get answers to many
day-to-day challenges parents face with their children. This parent program
is designed to give you practical skills that can be used immediately.
Children's Summer Program: Campbell County Health
Behavioral Health Services (BHS) and Campbell County Medical Group
Kid Clinic host a Children’s Summer Group Treatment Program to the children
and families of Campbell County. Developed by
William F. Heineke, Ph.D., the program is a response to the community need for a systematic
intervention with troubled children and their families.
CNA Courses: A certified nursing assistant, or CNA, helps patients or clients with
healthcare needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Also known as a Nursing Assistant (NA)
a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) or a State Tested Nurse Aid (STNA), the
individual who carries this title needs a strong work ethic and ability.
Diabetes Empowerment Education Program: Taught by CCH professionals, the Diabetes Empowerment Education Program
(DEEP) is a free, 16-hour program for community members who either have
diabetes or care for or support an adult who has diabetes.
EMS University: EMS University provides an opportunity for emergency medical professionals
to learn and discuss relevant patient care and management issues, as well
as a chance to network, meet, and stay connected with other EMS professionals.
Excel Athletic Performance Program: The Excel Athletic Performance Program is a comprehensive physical training
program which is designed to improve overall athletic potential in young
athletes between the ages of 10 and 17.

ICAN Excel Athletic Performance Program: Being active doesn't mean you have to be an athlete. In ICAN Excel,
kids learn fun activities and how eating foods that are good for you fuel
your body. The primary goals are to increase overall physical ability
and to create healthy lifelong habits for 8-10 year olds.
National Nurse's Day 5K Run Walk: A fun 5K run and walk to celebrate nurses. Usually scheduled during National
Nutrition 101 Sessions: Campbell County Health offers Nutrition 101 Sessions taught by a registered
dietitian in Gillette, Wyoming to help you learn some tips and tricks
to help you lead a healthy lifestyle.
Intro to Phlebotomy Class: Campbell County Health Professional Development offers a Introduction to
Phlebotomy entry-level course. The course is designed to provide the basic
skills to become a phlebotomist (drawing blood in a laboratory or other
setting), and includes classroom instruction and hands-on experience.
Medication Aide (MA-C) Course: Developed and taught by Campbell County Health, the Medication Aide (MA-C)
training program is for Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) IIs to learn how to
administer medications to non-acute (stable) adults.
Parenting Classes: Becoming a Love and Logic Parent and Nurturing Parenting Classes are
offered by Campbell County Health

Prenatal Classes: The birth of a child is one of the most memorable events a family can
experience. Campbell County Health offers different prenatal classes to
help prepare for the new arrival. All Classes are FREE and take place
at Campbell County Memorial Hospital in Gillette, Wyoming.
Service of Memory and Hope: The holiday season can be a difficult time for those who are grieving the
loss of a loved one. Hospice of Campbell County Health sponsors the nondenominational
Service of Memory and Hope each year to honor those we have lost.
Sports Screenings: CCH, with support from Campbell County Healthcare Foundation, offers discounted
sports screenings for junior and senior high school athletes in Campbell
Successful Sitters: CCH's Successful Sitters babysitting classes are designed to help 12-16
year olds become more effective babysitters and includes the basics of
infant care, infection control, nutrition, safety and first aid.
