Emergency Care

Campbell County Memorial Hospital's Emergency Department (ED) provides 24/7 services for patients of all ages and is responsible for the immediate treatment of any medical, surgical, or psychiatric emergency: initiating life-saving procedures in all types of emergency situations and providing emergency care for chronic conditions.

Admission

If you are admitted to the hospital, your care will be transferred to your primary care physician or a Hospitalist. A hospitalist is a doctor who specializes in caring for patients in the hospital. The hospitalists communicate closely with your primary care physician throughout your hospital stay.

If you are dissatisfied with the care you receive at any time during your healthcare experience, please tell a nurse or doctor before you leave so we can address your concerns. You may also call Patient Experience directly at 307-688-1530.

We also encourage you to recognize staff who may have gone above and beyond in delivering your care. Excellence Everyday cards are available upon request.
