The Lab is located on first floor in their newly remodeled, more patient friendly area.


  • 7 am-5:30 pm, Monday-Friday
  • Closed, Saturday and Sunday

The Laboratory currently performs more than 240 different tests and collects more than 450 others to be sent to outside reference labs. The laboratory provides testing to aid physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. The laboratory also serves as a reference lab for many local physician offices, the CCMH Walk-in Clinic, Animal Medical Center of Wyoming and Red Hills Veterinary Hospital in Gillette.

Our goal is to facilitate rapid and accurate test result availability for our customers.

The laboratory has 14 Medical Technicians/Technologists who perform highly complex testing. The laboratory has a staff of 10 who are either already certified as Phlebotomy Technicians, or who are eligible to test for their certification. There is great longevity in the lab with a combined total of 307 years of medical experience.

Quality measures

The laboratory monitors critical value documentation, blood culture contamination rates, blood bank utilization and turnaround times.

Testing is available Monday-Friday, from 6-11 am at the Wellness Department in the Energy Building at 1901 Energy Court, located off Boxelder Avenue, behind Common Cents and Wendy's. Learn more.
