Individuals Combining Activity and Nutrition (ICAN)

Attention kids and teens: Would you like to learn how to make eating healthy and being active fun and entertaining?

The new program introduced by CCH Rehab Services Functional Health, ICAN, is a perfect for you. The program will have two sessions every Tuesday and Thursday and will run for six weeks. Each session will be an hour long and includes nutrition information and fun games. Being healthy and active should not be boring and we hope to show you there are so many ways to make it fun. There a limited number of spots so hurry and have your parents call Abby (688.8009) or Brenda (688.8032) to sign up.

Community Garden Project

This year's ICAN Community GardenICAN Community Garden Project Project will be at Wagonwheel Elementary School. The group will meet up to three times per week, and each participant will be responsible for a particular job. At the end of the growing season, participants get to take the crops home to enjoy.

Note to parents: We would advise and appreciate your involvement as well. Attending two to three of the nutrition education lectures is highly recommended.

Website Survey

In 2016, Campbell County Health (CCH) is redesigning its website,, to help the organization provide the best quality care to our patients and residents. To begin this effort, we are asking the public to answer a six-question survey on what items they would like to have on our website. The survey should take no more than five minutes to complete and will closed at noon on Friday, January 29.
