Adult Volunteer Opportunities

Michele Ridgeway, Volunteer Services

Our corps of dedicated volunteers give their time and expertise for the betterment of the hospital. Our mission is to provide a compassionate volunteer team that adds an extra dimension of care and service to patients, families, visitors and staff. Volunteers reap many personal benefits—the accomplishment of performing worthwhile work, visiting with old friends and meeting new ones. Our volunteers make a difference in someone’s day simply by being there.

There are many volunteer opportunities available, such as clerical support, administrative assistance, pastoral care, Gift Shoppe sales, Welcome Desk, Surgical Host and Hostess and summer Youth Programs. Hours are flexible to meet the needs of the volunteer. Special projects such as blood drive coordination are other ways to spend time with others. Website Survey

In 2016, Campbell County Health (CCH) is redesigning its website,, to help the organization provide the best quality care to our patients and residents. To begin this effort, we are asking the public to answer a six-question survey on what items they would like to have on our website. The survey should take no more than five minutes to complete and will closed at noon on Friday, January 29.
