American College of Cardiology NCDR ACTION Registry Silver Award

Campbell County Health (CCH) has received the American College of Cardiology’s NCDR ACTION Registry Silver Performance Achievement Award for 2017. CCH is one of only 105 health care organizations nationwide to receive the honor. Read more

American Heart Association’s Mission: Lifeline® EMS Bronze Level Recognition Award

Campbell County Health's Emergency Medical Services department earned the 2016 American Heart Association’s Mission: Lifeline® EMS Bronze Level Recognition Award for implementing improved measures for treating patients who experience severe heart attacks. Campbell County Health's Emergency Medical Services department earned the 2016 American Heart Association’s Mission: Lifeline® EMS Bronze Level Recognition Award for implementing improved measures for treating patients who experience severe heart attacks. Every year, more than 250,000 people experience a ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), a type of heart attack caused by a complete blockage of blood flow to the heart that requires timely treatment. The EMS recognition program recognizes emergency responders for their efforts in improving STEMI systems of care and improving the quality of life for these patients. Read more

Campbell County Health's Lab was chosen as Casper College's CC-MLT Clinical Affiliate of the year in 2023.

CMS HCAHPS Star Rating

Campbell County Memorial Hospital achieved 4 stars out of 5 for inpatient experience with the The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services HCAHPS Star Rating for hospitals. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released their first HCAHPS Star Rating for hospitals in July for the period October 1, 2014-September 30, 2015. The Star ratings were developed to provide consumers an easy way to compare hospitals and spotlight excellence in healthcare quality. Campbell County Memorial Hospital achieved 4 stars out of 5 for inpatient experience. Overall, CCMH received a 3-star ranking, which reflects quality of care and patient experience together. In 2017, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) reviewed The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center and gave us a rare five out of five star “much above average” rating in three of the four categories! Read more

International Board of Lactation Consultants Care Award awarded to CCMH Maternal Child ServicesIBLCE® Care Award

Campbell County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) was awarded the International Board of Lactation Consultants (IBLCE®) Care Award in June 2017. This award is given by the IBLCE and the International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA) to organizations and agencies in recognition for employing and training professionals who have or receive certification in lactation consultation. The IBLCE award recognizes lactation programs that are hospital-based, provide patient education, telephone support and follow-up calls, outpatient services and include peer instruction and training. Mountain-Pacific Quality Health in WyomingIn 2018, Mountain-Pacific Quality Health recognized Campbell County Health’s Campbell County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) with a 2018 Hospital Quality Excellence Award for outstanding performance in effectively using quality assurance performance improvement methodologies to improve care practices. Campbell County Health (CCH) was presented with a Hospital Quality Award from Mountain-Pacific Quality Health during the Wyoming Hospital Association Annual Meeting and Convention in Cheyenne on September 7, 2016.

National Rural Health Association

National Rural Health Association  Top 20 Rural Community Hospitals 2017Campbell County Health’s Campbell County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) was named one of the Top 20 Rural Community Hospitals in the country in 2017. The Top 20 Rural Community Hospitals, including CCMH, scored best among Prospective Payment System hospitals on iVantage Health Analytics’ Hospital Strength Index™. The rankings were recently announced by the National Rural Health Association (NRHA).

National Rural Health Association

The Top 20 Rural Community Hospital winners are those hospitals who have achieved success in the overall performance based on a composite rating from eight indices of strength: inpatient market share, outpatient market share, quality, outcomes, patient perspectives, costs, charges and financial stability. This group was selected from iVantage’s Top 100 Rural Community Hospital list, released earlier this year.

Wyoming Employer of Choice Award

Campbell County Health was selected as the Wyoming Employer of Choice Award in 2015 from the Wyoming Council for Women's Issues. The award recognizes businesses that have successfully instituted programs or policies that broaden, strengthen or support their workforce. CCH received the award in recognition of family friendly practices that support women and children in Wyoming.

Campbell County Health (CCH) announces the successful completion of its accreditation process from DNV GL - Healthcare.

Campbell County Health (CCH) announces that Campbell County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) successfully completed its new accreditation process from DNV GL-Healthcare. By earning accreditation, CCMH has demonstrated it meets or exceeds patient safety standards (Conditions of Participation) set forth by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. DNV GL’s accreditation program is the only one to integrate the ISO 9001 Quality Management System with the Medicare Conditions of Participation. Read more

American Academy of Sleep Medicine

The Sleep Center at Campbell County Health has recently been granted accreditation by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM)The Sleep Center at Campbell County Health has recently been granted accreditation by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). Accreditation of Sleep Disorders Centers is a voluntary process for the assessment of sleep programs. By achieving accreditation, a sleep center demonstrates a commitment to the provision of quality diagnostic services and the longitudinal management of sleep patients. The Sleep Center is one of only three accredited programs in the state of Wyoming. Read more

Campbell County Health Behavioral Health Services is a proud to have achieved a three-year accreditation, the highest level of Accreditation offered by CARF International.Campbell County Health Behavioral Health Services is a proud to have achieved a three-year accreditation, the highest level of Accreditation offered by CARF International. CARF International is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services providers in the areas of Aging Services, Behavioral Health, Child and Youth Services, Durable Medical Equipment, Employment and Community Services, Medical Rehabilitation, Opioid Treatment Programs, and Vision Rehabilitation Services. CARF assists providers in improving the quality of their services by applying sets of quality standards during a consultative on-site survey. Read more

The Campbell County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) Laboratory is certified from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA). The objective of the CLIA program is to ensure quality laboratory testing. Read more

Mammography Accreditation Program

The American College of Radiology Mammography Accreditation Program provides facilities with peer review and constructive feedback on staff qualifications, equipment, quality control, quality assurance, image quality and radiation dose. The Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) requires all U.S. mammography facilities to be accredited. Read more

CCMH Granted Area Trauma Hospital Designation

Campbell County Memorial Hospital (CCMH), a Campbell County Health (CCH) entity, has received designation as an Area Trauma Hospital by the Wyoming Trauma Program. The Trauma Site Review was conducted April 18, 2018, and the designation was awarded for a three year period—up for review in 2021. Read more
