You Spoke, We Listened

We at CCMH put our patients and residents at the center of everything we do by listening to their concerns, understanding their needs, and keeping them informed. I thought it was appropriate to give you some examples of how we are doing just this.

In an effort to hear and understand what is happening with our patients after they are discharged from our Emergency Room, CCMH has begun a patient visit check up with SmartER. At registration, patients are now asked for an email or a cell phone number – these are specifically for this program. Approximately 24 hours after discharge from the ER, you may receive an email, text or phone call asking how you’re feeling. Patients who receive an email or a text will be directed to take a survey. If any of the answers in the survey, or over the phone, indicate that you are in pain, or need assistance, you will be contacted by an employee at CCMH within three hours to help you.

Sometime back, Campbell County Clinics—OB GYN Specialists staff began hearing patients request the option to schedule appointments online. Well, the staff listened, and shared it with other clinics at CCMH. Scheduling appointments online is really simple. Just go to the Clinic’s page online, click on the “Schedule Appointment Online” button and request your appointment. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

And lastly, CCMH has gotten our online bill pay services running. While online bill pay is currently only available to pay your Hospital bill, we are working hard to get the system ready for all of the Campbell County Clinics, Home Medical Resources and Pioneer Manor. To pay your hospital bill online simply visit ccmh.net and click on the blue square “Pay My Hospital Bill” button at the bottom of the screen, or visit ccmh.net/paymybill.

CCMH is dedicated to you and your health, and we want you to know that we are listening to your requests and concerns. If you have a suggestion, we want to hear it. Feel free to submit one online or contact Patient and Guest Services at 307-688-1530.

Thank you for entrusting your care to us.

Andy
