Thanks for working here Thursday: Tiffany, Pioneer Manor

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Allow me to introduce Tiffany, the Administrative Secretary at Pioneer Manor, our long-term care facility (which will soon be replaced by The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center). Tiffany has been with CCH for nearly 17 years, and all of those years she has been in long-term care. She started out as a CNA, and moved to a restorative aid, grew into a department secretary position, which then led her to the administrative position she now holds. Her colleagues would tell you that Tiffany is motivated, has a good heart, and will always do the right thing – even when no one is looking. We also hear that she is wonderful with the residents at Pioneer Manor, and likely knows them all by name.

We asked Tiffany what she likes most about working at CCH and why she was inspired to work in healthcare. Her response:

“I wanted to enter a field that had plenty of opportunities for growth and to make a difference in people’s lives, which is why I’ve been with CCH since 1998. My leaders are amazing and set a great example—they truly care about their staff and value our input. I love being a part of the changes we have already made and continue to make. I am so excited for our future and believe the Legacy is going to be an outstanding facility for our residents to call home.”

Tiffany, thank you for being committed to providing the best level of care to the Pioneer Manor residents and treating our resident’s families with compassion and respect. You are truly an example of Excellence Every Day.

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
