Thanks for working here Thursday: Heather, Pioneer Manor

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Say hello to Heather, the Staffing Coordinator at Pioneer Manor long term care facility. She started working at Pioneer Manor in August 1996 as a CNA and now helps with the administrative part of the Manor. Heather says that she's always wanted to take care and help people, so a career in healthcare was a natural fit. We asked Heather what she liked most about working at Pioneer Manor and what excellence ever day meant to her. Check out her response:

"The residents at Pioneer Manor are so great to work with, and I work with a really great team of professionals. I feel that our leadership is amazing—I'm part of a team, and I always feel valued and appreciated. Pioneer Manor is my home away from home.

To me, Excellence Every Day means that I'm leaving work every day feeling proud of the work that I did. I describe it as a warm and fuzzy feeling that makes me feel that I did the best that I could."

Working with you Heather makes us feel warm and fuzzy. Thanks for your hard work and dedication to Pioneer Manor and CCH.

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
