Thanks for working here Thursday: Junior, Plant Operations

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Say hello to Junior, a Maintenance Technician at Pioneer Manor. Junior has worked at CCH for eight years—the first three were as a groundkeeper, which he says he found too much like farming back home in Goshen County, Wyoming, so when a Plant Operations position opened up, he applied. We asked Junior what he likes most about working at CCH and what Excellence Every Day means to him. His response:

"I like working at CCH because of the security of a structured work place. I also like that I'm not doing the same thing every day—it's always something new.

Excellence Every Day to me means that I'm putting myself in the shoes of the patent, resident, visitor, co-worker or any individual that I'm with (even in public) and doing my job like I would want to see others do it."

Well said Junior. We appreciate your excellent work ethic and all of extra ways you go out of your way to help the residents at Pioneer Manor. Thank you for being a part of our team.

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
