Thanks for working here Thursday: Betty, Linen Services

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Meet Betty, a certified Linen Manager in the Environmental and Linen Services Department. Betty has worked for Campbell County Health (CCH) for 38 years—and all of it has been in Linen Services! This department is essential to all of CCH as it supports patient care by providing a clean, safe and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff. Betty was inspired to work in healthcare from her mother, who worked in the Linen Services for CCH for 26 years. We asked Betty what she likes most about working for CCH, and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

"CCH is a great place to work – the organization provides us with great benefits and people to work with. I enjoy watching my staff grow and become better people.

To me, excellence every day means that when I walk in the door that this is my home. I need to treat the building and people with respect and kindness because it reflects on me and who I am if I don't."

Betty, thank you for your dedication to Campbell County Health. We're proud to have you on our team.

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
