Thaw out with this cardio and body weight exercises workout

As the snow begins to melt, it is an excellent time to get moving again.

Thaw out with this moderate to advanced workout using nothing but your body weight and a treadmill. Check out this cardio and body weight workout to help you get moving this spring! Depending on how many times you do the workouts and runs, this workout could take you between 30-45 minutes. Bonus: Get some exercise technique cues in the video!

Treadmill and Body Weight Exercises workout

Start with a three to five minute warm up walk/jog. After your warm up, it’s time to do a .25 mile run.

Now it’s time to put in some exercises:

  • 15 mountain climbers.
  • .25 mile run
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • .25 mile run
  • 10 push-ups
  • .25 mile run
  • 10 push-ups
  • .25 mile run
  • 10 body weight squats
  • .25 mile run
  • 10 body weight squats
  • .25 mile run
  • Five burpees
  • .25 mile run
  • Five burpees

Finish with a five minute walking cool down.
