CCH improves patient billing

Campbell County Health patients can now pay their Campbell County Memorial Hospital and Campbell County Medical Group Clinics bills now in one location: Patient Financial Services (PFS). The office is now located at the Pioneer Building at 900 W. Eighth Street in Gillette, Wyoming. The new location has convenient parking with easy access to pay your bills, or visit with a financial counselor.

Attend the Open House on July 24 from 4-6 pm to learn more. Those attending can sign up for the My Health Home patient portal where patients can access their clinic and hospital records. Also on display will be a sample of the new, consolidated patient bill. Most CCH services will be consolidated into one patient bill, and rolled out late this summer. The Open House also features tours and refreshments, and a ribbon-cutting by the Campbell County Chamber of Commerce Energizers at 4:30 pm.

Patients may still submit payment for bills at the CCMH Operator Office in the Main Lobby (often referred to as PBX) at 501 S. Burma Avenue, or pay at any of the Clinics. Patients may also continue to pay bills at Receivable Solutions, 100 Warren Avenue. CCMH patients will still be able to pay their hospital bill online at www.cchwyo.org/payyourbill; clinic online bill pay will come later in the summer. Financial Counselors are available at the PFS office or you can request to speak with one if you're at CCMH.
