Thanks for working here Thursday: Tammy Mohr, CCH Human Resources Generalist

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County, Wyoming community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Meet Tammy Mohr, a CCH Human Resources Generalist. Tammy has worked for CCH for 16.5 years! She came to CCH because she was looking for a career where she could grow. For those who don’t know, a human resources department is a critical component of employee well-being in any organization—in fact, HR responsibilities include payroll, benefits, hiring, firing, and keeping up to date with state and federal tax laws. And they do all that with just six employees!

Tammy calls her health care heroes, “All the people who never give up on you and support you—they push to make you a better person.”

When Tammy is not at work, she enjoys camping, hiking, reading, travel, and spending time with family. And, if you’re ever on the Facebook group, Wyoming through The Lens, Tammy posts some beautiful pics in there.

We asked Tammy what she likes most about working at CCH, and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

“The best thing about working for Human Resources at CCH is being able to meet and interact with all of our employees—the support and sense of community/family in this department (and organization) is wonderful. HR has a great team and I am very proud to be part of that.

Excellence every day means getting to work every day and giving 110%. Giving a smile and a hello, giving a helping hand to someone who needs it, taking pride in what you do and sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm with the people around you. It’s loving what you do and making sure people know it.”

Thank you, Tammy. We are quite blessed to have you on our team.

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
