Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family
and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they
do for this organization.
Introducing Brenda Cargal,
CNA, a Restorative Aide at
The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center in Gillette, Wyoming. Brenda has worked in health care, and with CCH,
for 30 years! For those who don’t know, Certified Nursing Assistants
are responsible for assisting patients with basic care, performing duties
like observing and reporting unusual patient responses, helping with admissions,
discharges and transfers, and providing accurate documentation.
When Brenda isn’t at work, she spends as much time as possible with
her husband, three daughters, and granddaughter. “We enjoy travelling,
having campfires, going to basketball games, watching movies, going on
as many adventures as possible, and just being outdoors and enjoying each
other,” she says.
We asked Brenda what she likes most about working for CCH, and what excellence
every day means to her. Check out her response:
“I like the teamwork here. Everyone is willing to help each other
out in any way that they can. Knowing that I’m making a difference
in someone else’s life and helping someone who is unable to help
themselves brings me a lot of joy. I enjoy being with the residents to
improve their quality of life. I love to make them smile and do my best
to make their day.
To me excellence every day is doing the best I can every day for the residents
and for my coworkers and having a positive attitude.”
We couldn’t agree more, Brenda. Thanks for all that you do for our
residents at The Legacy. We appreciate you!
