The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center was one of ten Wyoming nursing homes to meet the qualifications of the
Recognition of Quality Achievement Award. The award, presented by
Mountain-Pacific Quality Health, recognizes nursing homes for outstanding performance in effectively using
quality assurance performance improvement methodologies to improve care
practices.
Awardees are required to be in good standing with Wyoming’s regulatory
agency for licensing and certification, the Office of Healthcare Licensing
and Survey, and must demonstrate quality improvement successes. This award,
presented during the Wyoming Quality Health Care Conference, also recognized
The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center for strong leadership support
for providing quality care.

improve the quality of care we provide to our residents,” said Jonnie
