Becoming an EMT HLTK 1690 - Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Course Gillette College is offering an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Course in 2017, HLTK 1690. This course offers a rigorous approach to emergency care. The course follows the State of Wyoming Emergency Medical Services Guidelines for certification as an Emergency Medical Technician. Successful completion of the course also leads to certification by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiac Care.
