Laboratory
The Campbell County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) Laboratory provides testing
to aid physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of disease and serves
as a reference lab for many local physician offices and veterinary clinics
in Gillette, Wyoming.
Offices include the Campbell County Medical Group
Walk-in Clinic, CCMH
Surgical Services,
Animal Medical Center of Wyoming and
Red Hills Veterinary Hospital.
The CCMH Laboratory currently performs more than 240 different tests and
collects more than 450 other lab tests to be sent to reference labs.
Lab professionals perform and evaluate medical laboratory tests that correctly
detect, diagnose, and help prevent diseases, thus saving countless lives
every day. Since these pros often work behind the scenes, few people know
how they aid physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of disease, every
day. The CCMH Lab staff is either certified Phlebotomy Technicians or
Medical Technicians/Technologists. The key word here is certified –
all have undergone specialized training to provide the services they provide.
