Mark W Walter, MD

About Mark

Dr. Mark Walter will no longer be practicing for Campbell County Health’s Behavioral Health Services (BHS) effective November 23, 2021.

It is very important for you to continue with your care and treatment, and CCH will have providers available for medication management appointments either through in-person visits at BHS or via telehealth visits. We will have additional providers to see patients in person beginning November 1, 2021. Telehealth, or virtual visits, are easy to schedule, with access to multiple providers.

We are working diligently to recruit a new permanent psychiatrist for BHS, but please understand that it may take several months to find the right candidate. Please feel free to call 307-688-5001 to discuss our available options, or you may reach out to a physician in the community to transfer your care.

Your patient records will remain at Campbell County Health, as you are a valued patient in Behavioral Health Services. If you decide to see a physician at another practice, you may ask to have your records transferred. Simply call the Health Information Management (Medical Records) department at 307-688-1300 and ask for a records release form to complete. There is no charge for transferring your records.

For questions, contact Matthew Miller, Operations Manager at Behavioral Health Services, at 307-688-5025.
