About Sarah

For Clonch, Gillette offers an ideal environment for raising children with excellent schools and abundant outdoor opportunities for hiking, camping, fishing, and more.

With a decade of experience in practice, Clonch emphasizes the importance of dismantling stigmas surrounding mental health. Her commitment was sparked during middle school when an eye-opening incident involving a friend made her realize the potential impact of being a supportive presence for others. "You never know what somebody else is experiencing. What if you could be that support for them?" Clonch stated.

Throughout her practice, Clonch has worked with an array of individuals across the community. Among her most memorable experiences is witnessing the growth of her clients, particularly the young clients she has worked with. "When working with clients, you see the positive changes over the years. Later on, you might see them out in the community, and you see how well they're doing – it's great to be a part of that," Clonch expressed.

Her counseling approach is centered on meeting patients where they are and establishing connections through their thoughts, behaviors, and actions. Clonch implements Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques with her clients. She values the art of listening and being truly present for her clients.

"You can listen a person's soul into existence," Clonch shared. This quote has a profound influence on her approach to treatment and her passion for her work.

Beyond her professional commitments, Clonch finds joy in travel, supporting her children in their sports, and cherishing quality time with her family.
