About Ashley
Ashley was born in Nevada, and moved to Gillette, Wyoming in 1999—graduating in 2013 from Campbell County High School. She attended the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, earning her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and certification in Exercise Physiology. Ashley just recently received a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2020.
Ashley began working at Campbell County Health in 2017 as a health coach in Wellness and is very passionate about improving health, fitness, and the well-being of her clients. She currently works in Cardiac Rehab. As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), Ashley can customize exercise programs for all age groups, using prescribed exercise and basic health behavior interventions to promote physical activity for the client’s specific needs. She has experience in all types of fitness training—from beginner to elite, strength and conditioning, cardiovascular fitness, limited range of motion, and special populations.

Why are you working in your chosen specialty? I like to help people and know that I am making a difference in the future of health care.
Why is being a provider (doctor, therapist, counselor, DPT, APRN, PA-C, health coach) important to you? I like to be a part of my client’s journeys and knowing that I have helped them along the way.
Why did you choose to work for CCH? It is a place where I get to the job I went to school for, and it’s a great place to work.
What has made you feel the most pride in your work at CCH? Being able to follow my clients on their journey to make healthier choices and make such good progress.
Who is your health care hero and why? Tanya Allee because when I was little I went to a health coaching appointment with my dad and I saw the affect it had on my dad and the changes he made so that is what made me want to go into health care.
What advice do you give someone who is looking for a new provider? I would direct them to our provider list on the website.
What do you do for fun? I like to spend time with my family and be outside as much as I can. I like to play sports and help coach.
