Registration opens February 6th at 9 am and closes at noon the day before
each screening. Online registration is requested.

What’s included in my health screening?
The health screening is free for employees and spouses. The screening includes
the following:
Wellness Package - Required for Insurance Premium Discounts (Paid By Company)
- Blood: Wellness Panel, CBC (please fast for 10 hours)
- Blood Pressure
- Body Composition
Optional Screenings (Paid By Company)
- Hemoglobin A1C (diabetes)
- PSA (all males)
- Fecal Occult Blood Test
- Audiogram (employees only)
Additional Lab Screenings available (self pay at time of screening)
What to do before the screening
What to do before the screening
- Fast for at least 10 hours prior to your screening
- Drink plenty of water 24 hours prior to your screening
- Take medications as prescribed
- No strenuous exercise 10 hours prior to your screening
- Do not attend if you have severe cold or flu symptoms
- If possible, wear clothes with loose fitting sleeves
- If you are diabetic, please follow your physicians instructions on fasting,
and schedule an early appointment
