Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family
and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they
do for this organization.
Allow us to introduce Tiffany Parks, CNA, who works in the Transportation
The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center in Gillette, Wyoming. Tiffany has worked in health care since 2007, and
has worked off any on at CCH for around three years, also working in
Short Term Rehabilitation at The Legacy. She not only has her
Certified Nursing Assistant certification, she also went to
Laramie County Community College where she received equine training.
She was inspired to work in health care when she was pregnant with her
son. “I had a lot of health complications and he was born at 32
weeks after being in the hospital for a month. The staff that took care
of my son in the NICU for 14 days helped me see that I wanted to help
others the way that they helped me,” she says.
Tiffany has many people to thank for supporting her on her journey in health
care. “I would like to thank my husband, Jeremy, for pushing me
to be the person who I am today. I would like to thank
Candy Nelson for being an amazing colleague and friend. Chelsey for pushing me in every
direction that she thinks I would be successful at, and trusting in my
ability to do a good job. Everyone who I have had the pleasure of working
with, I would like to thank them all,” she says.
Outside of work, Tiffany is busy. “We are a rodeo family, and the
kids are involved 4-H, and we live on a ranch outside of Gillette. Needless
to say there is never a dull moment in our life, but we wouldn’t
change it for the world,” she says.
We asked Tiffany what she likes most about working for CCH, and what excellence
every day means to her. Check out her response:
“Being in transportation has taught me a different type of pride.
Being in a small department within a big department has been an amazing
experience for me. I love that we are a team that works together, talks
about what needs to be done and how we, as a team, are going to do it.
I love the teamwork that we have at each unit at The Legacy. When you
step foot on a unit, and they need a hand, you just jump in and help out.
Being part of this organization has been an amazing experience for me.
To me, excellence every day means showing up, doing the best that I can
do for my team and having a positive attitude. It’s not just a job
to me; it’s a life changing event to the ones I care for every day.
If I can make one resident smile and have a good day, then I did what
I was sent to do.”
Thank you, Tiffany. We appreciate you!
