The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) describes the health status of the hospital’s community and is to be used by the health system and other collaborators when developing an implementation plan that addresses one or more identified community needs. Results from the latest community perception survey show that satisfaction rates and positive perception of CCH have stayed fairly consistent from the last time the survey was performed in 2015. This year’s survey was completed by 551 people from March 15-April 15 2017, with statistically valid results, plus or minus 5 percent. The survey was conducted by marketing consulting firm Jet Marketing. Read more
