Every so often it’s important that we check in with those we serve and ask for their feedback — this is one of those times.
Campbell County Health conducts a perception survey every two years to help us understand the community’s perception about the hospital and its related facilities and services. The last survey was conducted in spring 2019.
The staff, physicians and board of trustees at Campbell County Health invite you to take a five-minute survey from August 9-31, 2021, to let us know how we are doing, and more importantly, how we can better serve you in the future.
As a thank you for taking the survey, there will be a coupon at the end of the survey (please print or screen grab on your phone) for a free small coffee or other beverage to present at:

Expressing your thoughts and ideas feels good; and we look forward to hearing what you have to say. Thanks for helping us improve healthcare in our community.
Thank you – we wish you good health!
Overall, survey results are in line with the gradual progress seen in previous CCH surveys, without any major findings, surprises or changes in perception. The most positive trend in 2019 was the increase in patient recommendations for CCH as well as the significant increase in those who were “extremely satisfied” with the hospital’s medical and support staff. Satisfaction rates and perception results remained fairly consistent with 2017 responses, with a decrease in overall hospital satisfaction. Awareness of services available at Campbell County Health remained consistent with 2017 survey results, although significantly increased from 2015 and 2014 surveys. Open-ended comments carried similar themes as previous surveys, with a mix of positive and negative comments from respondents. Read more

This year’s survey was completed by 551 people from March 15-April 15 2017, with statistically valid results, plus or minus 5 percent. The survey was conducted by marketing consulting firm Jet Marketing. Read more
