Want CCH to Sponsor Your Event?

Campbell County Health (CCH) supports local organizations and events that enhance community health and quality of life in Campbell County, Wyoming through sponsorships for projects and events that meet established criteria, support the mission, and enhance the public image of CCH.

Sponsorships can consist of financial support and/or in-kind gift of goods or services, which would otherwise be paid for. All sponsorships must advance the charitable mission of the organization or provide tangible benefit for CCH.

CCH's defines a sponsorship as a business relationship that associates CCH’s name, products and services with an organization or event in return for negotiated benefits.

Sponsorship Categories

  1. Community Health: Event or project that promotes health and wellness in the community, (i.e., Relay for Life, Walk to End Alzheimer’s, etc.).
  2. Community Relations: Organization, event or project that directly aligns with the CCH marketing plan tactics and benefits the community, (i.e., tournaments, youth sports organizations, etc.).
  3. Community Benefit: Financial or in-kind support which benefits the community, but has no health or wellness component, (i.e., table/event, golf tournament sponsorships).
  4. CCH Partnerships: Financial or in-kind support for organizations that have a direct affiliation with Campbell County Health. (i.e., Campbell County Healthcare Foundation, Cancer Care Committee, etc.).

Procedure

  1. CCH is prohibited by law from providing patients, business entities or individuals with charitable funds for their personal use. This includes adult recreation entry fees and memberships.
  2. All sponsorships must include appropriate recognition to CCH or a CCH department, commensurate to the financial support. This may include, but is not limited to: advertising in event programs, event banners, media advertising, t-shirts or apparel, or verbal recognition at events or programs.
  3. All applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
    1. Have current, 501(c)3 not-for-profit, tax exempt status under the IRS Code Section 170, and registered by the State of Wyoming, or be a governmental agency/department or public educational institution.
    2. Operate under written articles of incorporation and bylaws or other written documents or statutes that define the applicant’s purposes, membership, management and operation.
    3. Advance the charitable healthcare mission of the hospital.
    4. Operate on a nondiscriminatory basis in employment, recruitment of volunteers and delivery of services.
    5. Demonstrate effective program performance and financial responsibility and accountability.
  4. All sponsorship requests must be submitted to the Community Relations department using the electronic Sponsorship Application form at least 60 days prior to the event. The applicant will be notified regardless of award or declination.
  5. There is no guarantee of current, repeat or future funding.
  6. Fees paid to sponsor or purchase a booth at a professional conference or event that is not open to the public are not eligible for community relations funds and must be paid by the department attending the conference or event, (i.e., Wyoming Hospital Association, recruitment/job fairs).
