Pioneer Manor Restricts Visiting due to Flu

GILLETTE, WY – Pioneer Manor long term care facility has initiated visiting restrictions due to confirmed cases of influenza, or flu.

Children under 12 years old are not permitted to visit. All visitors must wear a mask while in the facility and use hand sanitizer prior to visiting any resident. Masks and hand sanitizer stations are located at each entrance to Pioneer Manor. Visitors who feel ill, or have symptoms such as fever or cough, should not visit.

"The flu season has come late this year, but we still want to keep it limited to as few cases as possible, "said Pioneer Manor Administrator Jonni Belden. "We appreciate everyone's help in keeping our residents and employees healthy and safe".

Visiting restrictions are in place to help protect visitors, residents and employees. To check on current restrictions, visit www.cchwyo.org/VisitingRestrictions.
