Visiting Hours

Rest is an essential part of the patient's total healthcare, as are visits from family and friends. By observing our visitor polices, guests can become part of our healthcare team.

CCMH General Visiting Hours

General visiting hours are from 7 am-8:30 pm daily.

All guests must sign-in at the nursing station when arriving and departing the nursing unit to ensure the safety and security of our patients, staff and you. Guests should not visit if they have a cold or flu symptoms or any other contagious illness.

After-hours visiting is permitted - visitors should enter through the Emergency Department entrance and sign-in with security.

Due to various circumstances visiting restrictions may be enforced at any time to protect the health of patients, staff and visitors.

CCMH Maternal Child Visiting Hours

No set hours, but visitation may be restricted to provide care.

CCMH Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Visiting Hours

Visiting hours in the intensive care unit are from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm.

Patients in the ICU may require restricted visiting as part of their treatment plan. Between 10 pm and 5 am nursing staff must authorize all visitors by using the intercom located outside the ICU entrance. Family members may utilize the ICU Family Waiting Room, located outside the ICU. Please help us foster an environment of care and healing by abiding to these quiet times.

Other considerations or visiting restrictions may be necessary when considering the needs of the patient. Shift change and reports occur between 7-7:30 am and 7-7:30 pm; please avoid visiting during these times as well.

The Legacy

Tobacco Free Campus

When Campbell County Health implements restrictions on a unit at CCMH or The Legacy, we do our best to notify the public ahead of time with announcements in the newspaper and radio stations. We also place the above image on each of the unit’s page. Click here for a list of active restrictions

We ask that you help us ensure this environment is maintained by refraining from tobacco use in any Campbell County Health facility or on any Campbell County Health property. We encourage patients and visitors to work with their physician or to contact the Wyoming Quit Tobacco program at 1-800-QUIT-NOW to seek alternatives if help is needed during a hospital stay or visit.
