If so, this program is for you. Choose You and Prevent Type 2 Diabetes meets for 16 weekly sessions and six monthly follow-up sessions with trained lifestyle coaches Heidi Gillette, RDN, LD and Melissa Gorsuch, RN.
The program costs $100.
