Each donor will receive a free “walking taco” for donating, courtesy of United Blood Services and CCMH Nutrition Services. A “walking taco” is taco fixings poured into a bag of Doritos!

United Blood Services donors can now complete their health history questionnaire online the day of their donation. Once completed online, you can print a fast-track donation ticket to bring with you for your appointment and bypass most of the interview process.
