Thanks for working here Thursday: Britnee Olsen, Patient Accounting

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Meet Britnee Olsen, an Insurance Representative in the Campbell County Health Patient Accounting department—she’s one of the smiling faces you’ll see when you have insurance questions related to your CCMH invoice. Britnee has been with Campbell County Health for five years, and started her career in healthcare while attending college. Britnee says that she works with some of the most outgoing people at CCH and that, “it’s awesome to see daily how each one of us strives for excellence every day!” And, just to brag a bit more about her, Britnee has been a great resource for the organization on its Standards Team, which is a committee that helps with employee recognition and engagement. We asked Britnee what she likes most about working in health care, and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

“I quickly fell in love with working in healthcare because you are always helping people in one way or another. The other thing that keeps me in healthcare is the always changing environment—this has allowed me create a wonderful career for myself, and the potential is always there to keep advancing. Working at CCH has allowed me to meet some many people that I never would have come in contact with had I not worked here.

Excellence Every Day to me is being accountable for your job and actions. Also it means striving for 110% daily, not only in my work but my interactions with the people around me.”

Britnee, we see how much you do for patients and visitors to CCMH. We appreciate you!
