Thanks for working here Thursday: Nate Hixson, Plant Operations

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Allow me to introduce Nate Hixson, a maintenance team member and licensed plumber in the CCH Plant Operations department. For those who don't know, Plant Operations supports patient care by providing a well-maintained, safe and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff. Nate is part of a team that performs routine building and ground maintenance and construction planning to meet the changing needs of our community. Nate has been with CCH for four years. We asked him what he likes most about working at CCH and what excellence every day means to him. Check out his response:

"I work with great people. And, I enjoy being able to work all over the organization--with all of the different departments and interacting with the people who work there. There's something different every day to work on.

Excellence every day is simple: it's giving your best everyday."

Spot on, Nate. Thank you for always going the extra mile to make sure our facilities are the safest place for patients and staff. We appreciate you.

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
