Thanks for working here Thursday: Jamie Mooney, Case Management and CCMG Walk-in Clinic and Occupational Health

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Say hello to Jamie Mooney, the Campbell County Health Employee Safety Coordinator in Case Management and Campbell County Medical Group Walk-in Clinic Health Records Specialist. Jamie has worked for CCH for 12 years, and at the end of this year she will be graduating with a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health. About 18 years ago, Jamie and her husband were in Casper when she took a job working as a temporary employee at a physician’s office, and she really enjoyed the atmosphere and all the interesting people (and situations) that came through the doors. As a safety coordinator, Jamie develops and coordinates health and safety programs and processes for the organization. “Working in two departments within an organization—the CCMG Walk-in Clinic and Case Management—there is a lot that goes on and it is important to have a team that can communicate to make the day-to-day activities run smoothly. I honestly get to be part of two great teams” says Jamie. We asked Jamie what she likes most about working at CCH and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

“What I like most about my job is helping out and getting to know patients, whether I only see them once or see them multiple times. CCH provides me with an opportunity to get to know the residents of our community. I also enjoy interacting with all the departments within CCH. I have the chance to see how valuable each department is to CCH, and to our community.

So many times we see the same situations come through our doors that we can start to see only the illness/ailment of a person. For me, excellence every day means we work hard every minute of every day to ensure that we are taking the time to treat the patient/visitor with respect and provide the best care possible.”

Thank you, Jamie for keeping our CCH family safe. We’re proud to have you on our team!
