Please be advised of the following Campbell County Health, Campbell County Medical Group and Campbell County Memorial Hospital Department and Service closures for the upcoming holidays:

• Christmas Eve, Monday, December 24
• Christmas, Tuesday, December 25
• New Year’s Eve, Monday, December 31
• New Year’s Day, Tuesday, January 1, 2019

Hours

• CCH Accounting Department is closed on December 24, 25 and January 1
• CCH Administration is closed on December 24, 25 and January 1
• CCH Behavioral Health Services is open from 8 am-noon on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, and is closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day. On call coverage is available.
• CCH Care Mangement is open from 8 am-noon on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, and is closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day.
• CCH Case Management, Employee Health, Infection Prevention, and Professional Development offices are closed on December 24, 25 and January 1 with an Infection Prevention Nurse on call. Contact the Hospital Supervisor to talk to the nurse on call.
• CCH Community Relations and Volunteer Services are closed on December 24, 25 and January 1
• CCH Early Childhood Center is closed on December 25 and January 1, and normal business hours on December 24 (no drop-in, non-working time availability)
• CCH Emergency Medical Services is open 24-hours every day for any health emergencies
• CCH Environmental Services is running on weekend staff for coverage on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
• Heptner Cancer Center: Radiation Oncology is closed on Christmas and New Year's Day. Medical Oncology/Infusion is closed for Christmas and open from 8-10 am on January 1, 2019 for limited infusions and hydrations. Both are open from 8 am-noon on Christmas Eve.
• CCH Home Health and Hospice is open from 8 am-noon on Christmas Eve and closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day, on call coverage is available
• CCH Home Medical Resources office is closed at noon on Christmas Eve, and closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day. On call coverage is available.
• CCH Human Resources is closed on is closed on December 24, 25 and January 1; and open from 8 am-3 pm on New Year’s Eve.
• CCH Information Technology Department is closed on December 24, 25 and January 1. Contact the Hospital Supervisor to speak with on call IS staff.
• CCH The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center: Administration, Beauty Shop, Social Services, Care Manager, Bistro, and Gift Shoppe are closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day. Administration, Bistro, Social Services and Beauty Shop are open from 8 am-noon on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
• CCH Materials Management is closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day; limited hours on December 24 (6:30 am-1:30 pm for freight)
• CCH Patient Experience is open from 8 am-noon on Christmas eve and New Year’s Eve, but closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day.
• CCH Patient Financial Services is open from 8 am-noon on December 24 and closed Christmas and New Year’s Day
• CCH Powder River Surgery Center is open from 7-3 pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, and closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day.
• CCH Quality and Risk Management is open from 8 am-noon on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve (on-call until 4 pm) and closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, and no on-call for Saturday, December 29.
• CCH Rehabilitation Services is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year’s Day for outpatients. Rehab staff will care for wound care patients and inpatients at CCMH.
• CCH Sleep Center: No Sleep Study testing December 24. Resume normal schedule December 26. No administrative support on Christmas or New Year’s Day.
• CCH Wellness office is closed on December 24, 25 and January 1. They will be open from 6 am-1:30 pm December 26-28; and open from 6-11 am on New Year’s Eve.
• CCMG Cardiology is open from 8 am-noon on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, and is closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day.
• CCMG Main Clinic (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Pediatrics, and Urology) is open from 8 am-noon on Christmas Eve, and closed on December 25 and January 1
• CCMG Third Floor Clinics (Endocrinology and Diabetes Education) is closed on December 24, 25 and January 1
• CCMG Third Floor Clinics (Nephrology and Complex Medicine; and Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine) is open from 8 am-noon on December 24 and closed on December 25 and January 1
• CCMG Kid Clinic is closed on December 24, 25 and January 1
• CCMG Orthopaedic Specialists is closed December 24, 25 and open until 2 pm on December 31.
• Powder River Orthopedics and Spine is closed on December 24, 25 and 26, and January 1
• CCMG Walk-in Clinic will close at 1 pm on Christmas Day, and will close at 6 pm (last patient seen at 5:30 pm) on Christmas Eve and New Years Day.
• CCMG Wright Clinic is closed on December 24, 25 and January 1
• CCMH Cafeteria is open 8-9:30 am, 12-1:30 pm, and 5:15-6:30 pm on Christmas and New Year’s Day
• CCMH Cardiac Rehabilitation is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Day; they are open from 8 am-noon on New Year's Eve.
• CCMH Coffee Shoppe is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
• CCMH Dialysis Center is open normal business hours for all days
• CCMH Gift Shoppe is closed on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1
• CCMH Emergency Department is open 24-hours every day for any health emergencies
• CCMH Health Information and Records office is open from 8 am-noon on December 24, and closed on December 24 and January 1; remote transcription services will be available.
• CCMH Patient Access (Registration), near the main entrance of CCMH, is open from 7 am-1 pm on December 24, closed for Christmas and New Year’s Day. Patient Access at the Emergency Department is open both days.
• CCMH Pulmonary Rehabilitation is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Day; they are open from 8 am-noon on New Year's Eve.
• CCMH Radiology is closed for outpatient services on Christmas and New Year’s Day with limited staff for emergencies. Christmas Eve they are open until noon.
• CCMH Respiratory Services (Cardiopulmonary Services) is closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day
• CCMH Surgical Services is closed on December 24, 25 and January 1 for elective procedures
