Thanks for working here this week: Shelley Snyder, Cardiology Registration Specialist

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Meet Shelley Snyder, a Registration Specialist for the Campbell County Medical Group Cardiology Clinic on the Third Floor of Campbell County Memorial Hospital in Gillette, Wyoming. As a registration specialist, Shelley helps gather information from patients to register and enters that information into their electronic medical record. She’s worked for CCH for five years; prior to that she was in the mining industry for 13 years!

Shelley was inspired to work in health care because she enjoys helping people. “Being around patients and knowing that I am helping them in some way, even if it is just to lend an ear to listen to them, is important to me,” she says.

When she’s not at work, Shelley enjoys being with her husband and daughter. “We love to go four wheeling, hiking, camping, living the ranch life and just being with family and friends,” she says.

We asked Shelley what she likes most about working for CCH and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

“In Cardiology, we are just one big happy family! We are always there for each other and we work so well together for the common goal.

Excellence Every Day to me means that we are doing our absolute best, to do what is right for the patient. Patients are always first to me. We need to make sure that the patient leaves their appointment with their questions answered and to ease any anxiety about their health care.”
