Benefits of Health and Wellness Screenings

Campbell County Health and Wellness Screening is a low-cost clinic that makes staying healthy, easy and affordable. Staying healthy is not always easy. However, our team at Health and Wellness makes it their goal to provide quality, convenient care for each patient.

With CCH’s patient portal app, M Health, you are able to view your results within 24 hours for most tests. You can access your patient portal anytime from any device. When you go in for your screening, the receptionist will give you your medical record number, so you are able to sign up for the patient portal.
