Leadership Announcement: Hollie Alexander Steps Into Administrator Role

We are thrilled to announce that Hollie Alexander, MSN, RN, NHA, WCC, has officially accepted the position of Nursing Home Administrator at The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center!
Hollie has been serving in the interim role with incredible dedication, leadership, and passion, and we are excited to now welcome her into this position. Her journey through Campbell County Health is a testament to her commitment to excellence.
Starting her CCH career at the Walk-In Clinic, Hollie has since served in Home Health and Hospice, including seven years as Hospice Supervisor, before joining the Legacy team as Assistant Director of Nursing, then Director of Nursing, and now Administrator.
With over 14 years in nursing and a drive fueled by compassion and integrity, Hollie brings a wealth of experience and heart to her new role. Her deep roots in Gillette, including a family legacy dating back to local homesteaders, give her a unique understanding of the community and the residents we serve. Her passion for
long-term and end-of-life care is evident in every decision she makes, and her goal is clear: to return Legacy to a 5-star facility by 2027.
Hollie is focused on strengthening our team, improving resident outcomes, and ensuring regulatory excellence across all departments. Her approach is hands-on, thoughtful, and always centered around the people, both residents and staff, who make Legacy special.
