Two New, Convenient Scheduling Options Now Available for CCH Patients

Campbell County Health (CCH) is making it easier than ever for patients to manage their care with two new, convenient scheduling options: MyChart and online scheduling through the CCH website.
MyChart: Your Health, Your Schedule
Patients can now take advantage of MyChart, a secure patient portal that provides 24/7 access to important health information. With MyChart, you can schedule or cancel appointments, message your provider, view test results, request prescription refills, review after-visit summaries, and manage billing, all from your computer or mobile device.
For patients who do not yet have a MyChart account, signing up is easy. Most active CCH patients should have received a registration link via email. If you haven’t received it, or if you’re a new or prospective patient, you can contact the MyChart Help Desk at 855.467.0810 for assistance. The MyChart app is free and available for download in both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Online Scheduling: Fast, Simple, No Phone Call Needed
Patients can also schedule appointments directly from the CCH website at cchwyo.org. From the homepage, simply click “Schedule Your Appointment” to book a visit with a provider in family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics at the CCMG Main Clinic.
Need to visit the Walk-In Clinic? You can also save your spot in line online. Just click the “Visit the Walk-In Clinic” link and use the “Save Your Place” or “Get in Line Now” options to reduce wait time and check in more efficiently.
Reminder: Call Center Support Still Available
While these digital tools offer fast and flexible scheduling, patients can still reach out to the CCH Call Center at 307-688-1000, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for billing or other inquiries. If a patient representative is not immediately available, patients can hold for the next available representative or are encouraged to leave a voicemail when prompted to do so, which will be returned in the order it was received. Utilizing these options helps to manage appropriate wait times in the queue and may expedite the call back.
