Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.
Allow me to introduce Derek Friedlan, Case Manager for the Campbell County Medical Group Kid Clinic. Derek's only been with CCH for nine months, but he's already making waves. Derek said that he was inspired to work at the Kid Clinic and in healthcare because he wants to help families in our community prosper. He's involved with several groups in our area as well—he's the President of the Friends of the
Council of Community Services Committee, the previous Treasurer/Secretary for the Wyoming Family Literacy Board of Directors, and a member of the
Society of Human Resource Management. As you can see, Derek's the kind of guy who is willing to help make change, for the good.
We asked Derek what he likes most about working at CCH and what Excellence Every Day means to him. His response:
"The best thing about working for CCH is all of the healthcare professionals that truly care about the families in our community. They work hard to provide the best quality service possible to Campbell County.
Excellence Every Day to me means that I strive each and every day to provide high quality services to our community while providing a positive atmosphere for our coworkers and patients. It also means to do whatever is possible to ensure that patients are given the care and support they deserve."
Thank you, Derek, for helping to create a positive environment for your colleagues and patients. We appreciate all of your hard work to help families in our community.
